    $1400 | Comprehensive Doula Support Package

    Pre-Labor Support

    Complimentary Pre-Hire Meeting: An initial, no-obligation meeting to get to know each other and discuss your preferences and needs.

    Ongoing Communication: Unlimited support via phone, text, and email throughout your pregnancy to provide reassurance, answer questions, and offer education and guidance on health and wellness.

    Prenatal Education & Resources:

    Access to evidence-based information on pregnancy, labor stages, and comfort measures, as well as access to my personal lending library.

    Guidance on labor positions, counter-pressure techniques, and relaxation strategies including breath-work and visualization.

    Birth Planning: We’ll collaborate on a birth readiness plan, keeping flexibility for any necessary changes.

    Community Connections: Unlimited access to additional support resources and contacts within the community. A 10% discount on A Brighter Birth Childbirth Ed Courses.

    Individualized and Group Prenatal Meetings:

    One group-style meeting, around your 34th week of pregnancy—with all of the A Brighter Birth doulas to—review labor stages and introduce you to experienced backup doulas.

    One individual meeting to discuss your specific birth plan and answer any personal questions. This will be in-home or location of your choice to discuss comfort measures, ensuring confidence and knowledge around early and active stages of labor.

    On-Call Labor Support

    • 24/7 Availability: Starting two weeks before and extending two weeks after your estimated due date, I’ll be on call.

    Early Labor Guidance: Consistent phone contact during early labor to check in on your progress, provide comfort measures, and answer any questions.

    • In-Person Support When You’re Ready:

    Comprehensive Labor Support:

    • Physical comfort, emotional support, and evidence-based information to aid in decision-making throughout labor.

    • Support for your partner or any other support persons, providing them with guidance, reassurance, and tools to support you.

    • Encouragement to help you advocate for yourself, ask questions, and stay centered on your unique birth goals.

    Immediate Post-Birth Support

    • Staying By Your Side: I will remain with you for at least one to two hours after birth to ensure a smooth transition, support initial breastfeeding, and address any immediate postpartum needs.

    Follow-up Contact: I’ll check in within 24-48 hours post-birth to see how you’re feeling, answer any questions, and schedule our postpartum visit.

    Postpartum Care

    • Home Visit: One in-home postpartum visit between days 3 and 10 to discuss your birth experience, provide hands-on feeding support, and answer newborn care questions.

    • Emotional Well-Being: Postpartum mental health screening to address any concerns, with actionable steps and resources as needed.

    • Ongoing Support: Continued availability by phone, text, or email for at least two weeks postpartum to provide guidance, reassurance, and emotional support.

    Long-Term Support

    • Friendship & Encouragement: My support extends beyond birth—I’m here to stand by you and provide encouragement throughout your parenting journey.
