“Caroline was there for me as my doula and friend when my partner split mid pregnancy. We constantly met together to discuss ways I could relax, meditate and connect to my baby well before his birth. I was so anxious about his coming though she was able to channel those emotions from a frantic woman to a focused and ready mother. She gifted me a yoga ball that I used everyday and was always available for me by phone or text.

At the birth of my child nothing went as planned. I took the drugs when I planned on not taking anything, it turned out to be longer than expected, and the threat of c section was looming. In the last several hours, I phoned Caroline to come to the hospital. This must have been at three in the morning. She rushed over for me. She is my Angel always for that. When she arrived, she turned on meditation music, allowed my mother a break, held my hand through the pain and told me I was doing a great job. She was all I could see in those magic and tumultuous moments. When the doctors told me my baby was stuck and it was affecting his heart rate, I started crying. All the midwives looked at each other knowing I would have to go to the operating room.

Caroline looked me in the eyes and said he’s going to be here in a few minutes. She seemingly carried me to the bright room while they prepared everything. Her energy filled me with courage and love until I was holding my huge baby boy. I will never forget the kindness she brought and the absolute joy in her eyes when I was all but spent energetically. She is all love and she is able to nurture any mother in that special time. Thank you.”
